In the previous picture, Zali was eager to see a picture of Confetti being evil. And thus, Evil!Confetti was created.

This interpretation was inspired by the infamous MLP fanfiction Cupcakes, which is why her hairstyle and clothes look different than what she typically wears. I can imagine her going after everyone who looked down on her or patronized her when she was younger.
